Cancellation & Refund Terms

• All consultation fees and clinical service charges are non-refundable.

• Payments once made cannot be cancelled or reversed, regardless of attendance or treatment outcome.

• Missed appointments or patient-initiated cancellations do not qualify for refunds.

• This policy applies to all online payments made through the hospital website.

Refunds, if any, will be processed only if mandated by applicable Indian law or regulatory authority.
